When we age, we would have unique requirements in selling, buying, downsizing, or relocating our residential or investment properties.

In 2007, National Association of Realtor established the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to train Realtors to serve the needs and interests of maturing buyers and sellers who are aged 50+.  

Since 2007, Miranda had already completed the requirements and earn the SRES designation.  

Today, she is one of the 16,000 designees in US serving the maturing Americans.

As our clients mature, they have different real estate goals and needs from those of younger consumers.

Given the importance of the emerging senior market nationwide, the number of REALTORS^® earning the SRES^®designation is likely to increase dramatically over the next few years."

With the SRES designation, Miranda understands the characteristics and trends related to the 50+ population.

She provides consultation to maturing seniors with housing, finance, and retirement income considerations.

With her extensive experience serving the 50+ clients, she provides trusted counseling strategies to help clients plan ahead for their life transitions. 

Miranda earned The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2007.
