Miranda is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee.  She has undergone special coursework training and has demonstrated experience in international real estate business to earn the CIPS designation. 

This is the only international designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors and currently is comprised of only over 2000 international real estate professionals. 

As a CIPS designee, Miranda also has access to the Global CIPS Network which provides a comprehensive view of the global market. 

She has access to a wide network of international real estate professionals to assist you with inbound or outbound transactions around the globe.   

International transactions are significantly different and more complex than domestic deals. From currency issues and financing, to visa and tax laws, working with a CIPS Realtor, who knows how to handle these differences, can make or break the purchase or sale of your home.

She also has years of demonstrated successes in completing international transactions seamlessly and in a timely manner.
